What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Scan, copy, and organize legal documents
- Handle daily mail and correspondence
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Assist with client intake and general office support
- Prepare and send invoices and retainer agreements
- Support paralegals and attorneys as needed
