A busy and professional law firm in Lindenhurst, NY is seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full‑time, in‑office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and enjoys working directly with clients and attorneys.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Scan, copy, and organize legal documents
  • Handle daily mail and correspondence
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Assist with client intake and general office support
  • Prepare and send invoices and retainer agreements
  • Support paralegals and attorneys as needed

  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional office setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfort handling phones and administrative duties simultaneously
  • Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer programs
