What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/ Patient Coordinator for Dental office position at Samir F. Zakaria, D.D.S.,M.S.D.?
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RECENT minimum 3 years of DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE
A cheerful, energetic person with pleasant phone manners, good people skills, and outgoing positive team player.
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, motivated, good at multi-tasking, and have a great attitude.
Dental office experience is required. Computer literacy, Experience with Dentrix software, and Computer knowledge (MS, Excel) with fast Typing skills, & multi tasking are a must.
Understand and be proficient in dental terminology, Dental insurance, obtaining insurance information, billing and posting, collections, making appointments, and dealing with cancelations.
Must have excellent communication skills, and customer service skills.
