Position Summary: We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Full Time Shipping Associate to support our fulfillment team in packing and preparing orders. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and accuracy in the shipping department, helping us handle daily order volumes without bottlenecks. You'll work closely with our Fulfillment Manager and existing team members to ensure orders are packed promptly and correctly, contributing to a seamless operation.
Location: Downtown St. Petersburg, FL office (in-person required).
Schedule: Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).
Compensation: $18-$21 per hour
Key Responsibilities: To succeed in this role, you'll deliver the following measurable results:
- Pack 300 orders per shift with 100% accuracy, minimizing picking errors and ensuring all items are securely packaged for shipment. This will be your main responsibility
- Assist in picking items from inventory bins, performing bag changes (repackaging jewelry into appropriate sizes for storage or shipping), and preparing labels/shipping materials.
- Support returns and exchanges by inspecting, restocking, or repackaging items as needed.
- Help maintain an organized shipping area by replenishing stock from backstock, labeling new items, and updating inventory locations in our system
- Adhere to daily checklists and deadlines to ensure all orders are ready for pickup by end-of-shift.
