What You’ll Do
Admissions & Enrollment
- Respond promptly to all prospective student inquiries (phone, text, and email)
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Maintain consistent follow-up to keep prospective students engaged and moving forward
- Communicate clearly and professionally regarding programs, schedules, and next steps
- Coordinate with internal team members to support the admissions and enrollment process
- Assist students with enrollment requirements and documentation
- Work closely with the Director to support daily operations and achieve admissions goals
Tour & Student Experience
- Schedule and coordinate campus tours across multiple calendars
- Ensure each prospective student has a positive, professional, and welcoming experience
- Follow up after tours to answer questions and support next steps
- Assist with student and guest events throughout the year
Organization, Compliance & Operations
- Maintain accurate and organized records of prospective students
- Track communication and update admissions systems consistently
- Support compliance with school policies and state requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of all student and employee information
- Contribute to a safe and professional educational environment

Position Details

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
- Proficiency in basic technology, Microsoft Office, and CRM/tracking systems
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and operate standard office equipment. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
