What You'll Do:
As a Project Executive, you'll be the driving force behind project success—mentoring teams, ensuring flawless execution, and delivering results that exceed expectations. Your role includes:
- Leading with excellence across all project phases—from financial performance and quality control to safety, scheduling, and risk management
- Coaching the next generation of construction leaders, including project managers, engineers, and superintendents
- Building strong partnerships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Driving innovation through continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our standards
- Supporting business development efforts by providing technical expertise to win new opportunities
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 10-12 years of commercial construction experience with a track record of leading successful projects
- Deep expertise in construction operations, financial oversight, and team leadership
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- LEED AP or Green Associate certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
