What You'll Do:
Lead with Impact
- Provide clear, confident safety leadership across multiple job sites in your region
- Serve as the go-to technical resource and trusted advisor for project teams
- Drive our Safety and Incident Prevention Program with passion and purpose
- Maintain rigorous compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Perform comprehensive safety assessments and communicate findings to regional leadership
- Train associates and trade partners on critical safety topics
- Lead engaging safety orientations that set the tone for our safety culture
- Facilitate meaningful safety meetings that drive awareness and accountability
- Review and manage safety submittals with meticulous attention to detail
- Work effectively with our diverse workforce and trade partner community
- Provide expert guidance to subcontractors when they need support
- Build strong relationships that make safety a shared commitment
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Safety Training Certification
- Additional credible safety accreditations
- Proven experience in safety management within the general construction industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across all levels
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
