Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Duties associated with the operation of payment processing including accepting payments and completing deposits.
- Assists the office manager in the preparation of monthly fiscal reports in the respective area.
- Processes and ensures all fiscal forms are accurate, complete and are accompanied with appropriate required attachments.
- General office and clerical responsibilities including answering incoming phone calls, filing and scanning.
- Maintain security of cash funds and drawer.
- Answer incoming calls.
