Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Recruit, train and manage sales department staff with special attention to managing customer traffic via a CRM tool.
- Monitor customer demand and maintain an inventory that mirrors the demand.
- Develop department profitability and necessary productivity to achieve the required volume, levels of sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of cooperation with other department managers.
- Ability to respond to all personality types with professionalism i.e. focused, have discipline, embrace and commit to process.

Qualifications:
- 3 Years of Automotive sales management experience.
- Must have computer skills including email and the internet.
- Proficiency with CDK, CRM, and other tools is preferred.
- Some College or College degree preferred.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- A current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
