What You'll Do

• Process and bill new and pre-owned vehicle sales
• Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Verify contracts, rebates, incentives, taxes, and financing documentation
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile vehicle deals
• Work closely with our Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure every transaction is completed accurately and on time
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Dealership billing or automotive accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dealership management systems (PBS, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of vehicle contracts, funding, and accounting processes preferred
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
