Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients inquiring about personal lines insurance policies.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and inquiries for auto, home, and renters insurance.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in insurance or business is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts and terminology is preferred.
• Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and insurance management systems.
