Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients inquiring about personal lines insurance policies.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and inquiries for auto, home, and renters insurance.
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and managing client records, with attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in insurance or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts and terminology is preferred.
