Summary
The Project Engineer position is an opportunity to work on a team on focused on commercial land development of 1-5 acre sites. Each week provides new challenges in site planning, grading, utility design, and stormwater management. We're looking for someone who is ready to grow in their career-- serving clients and working with great coworkers!
- Work Location: On-site with flexible work arrangements
- Pay Rate Type: Hourly with overtime rate of 1.5x base pay for all hours worked over 40 in a week (Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications)
Responsibilities
- Possess strong design fundamentals and deliver complete documents at project milestones
- Assist Project Managers with design coordination between clients, grading contractors, geotech, and other disciplines
- Prepare a variety of plans from concept drawings to construction documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- 0-4 years of land development experience (minimum 3 months previous experience)
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and driven to exceed expectations
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment
- Ability to occasionally move equipment/objects weighing up to 10 pounds
