What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Samayoa Roofing and Sheet Metal LLC?
Responsibilities:
Disburse calls/Leads
Through phone, and online leads
Accounts Payable
Create and maintain Quickbooks Online company data
Maintains records of financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, process payroll.
Export periodic backups, create and maintain vendor records, create and maintain customer records including invoices and payment details, manage bills received from vendors.
Work with CPA and supply him/her with information as needed, prepare and process payroll.
Data Entry & Filing
Create client portfolio (online & hard copy)
Invoice clients once project is completed
Register received payments for jobs on Quickbooks
Register warranties for completed roof projects with ATLAS
Create and post content on social media
Order office supplies, shirts, cards, signs , etc.
*Requirement*
Bilingual Spanish & English
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $15 - $17
