Job Summary
To serve the members of Samaritan Ministries International (SMI) by providing accurate and efficient processing of prospective members’ applications according to ministry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily processing of incoming applications
- Process all New, Split, Merge, Add-On, and Restart applications
- Review information for accuracy and completeness
- Verify correct amounts of money for appropriate sharing level selection
- Analyze and cross-reference data to ensure programming continuity
- Maintain updated spreadsheets of past membership activity
- Analyze past unpaid share amounts to confirm membership type and eligibility
- Create and/or adjust allocation types and amounts per membership type
- Issue credits for memberships
- Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity specific to membership correspondence
- Input inquiry records into database to track source attribution and conversion rates
- Manage and process memberships for qualifying life events
- Monitor membership renewals and assist members to keep memberships up-to-date
- Connect via email and phone with membership when correspondence is needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Two-year degree from an accredited university or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of SMI Guidelines
- Knowledge of SMI internal processes and procedures
- Software: Hubspot, Aircall, Groundhog, Zoho (CRM, Desk), Microsoft Office, and High Proficiency in Excel
Additional Information
- Tasks are normally conducted in a regular office environment, requiring use of computer, mouse, drawing tablet, and other standard office equipment. Staff usually remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Staff may need to lift and move items up to 35 lbs. on occasion.
- Staff will observe safety principles while performing the duties of the position.
- Staff may be required to travel and have a valid driver’s license.

Pay Range: $16.25/hr - $21.80/hr. Starting pay usually falls within the lower half of the pay range and is determined by experience, skills, and education.
