High school level of knowledge required.Must be able to handle stress appropriately, deal with violent, confused behavior management problem patients.
Must be able to communicate patient observations to licensed and professional staff.
Recognizes patient age specific needs to maintain a safe environment.
Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.
Ability to successfully complete the self-learning modules related to Visual Observation Staff (VOS) responsibilities.
May require Medium to heavy lifting at times.
