VISUAL OBSERVATIONS STAFF

• 
  High school level of knowledge required.

• Must be able to handle stress appropriately, deal with violent, confused behavior management problem patients.

• Must be able to communicate patient observations to licensed and professional staff.

• Recognizes patient age specific needs to maintain a safe environment.

• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.

• Ability to successfully complete the self-learning modules related to Visual Observation Staff (VOS) responsibilities.

• May require Medium to heavy lifting at times.
