Family Medicine Opportunity with Samaritan Health Services – Lebanon, Oregon
Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our team in Lebanon, Oregon. Samaritan Family Medicine-Medical Plaza is an established certified Rural Health Clinic with experienced clinicians who are passionate about building healthier communities within a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.
Job Specifics
- Outpatient Family Medicine - mixture of preventative and acute visits
- 1.0 FTE (34 hours per week) working 4-5 days a week, no weekends
- Call schedule: phone call only with 1-2 days a month plus one weekend every 2-3 months
- Templated schedule of 40/20 or 30/15 minute visits
Job Requirements
- Excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Board certified/Board eligible in Family Medicine
- Able to obtain Oregon license
- Experience required.
