Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in joining our Occupational Medicine team to work a 4-day work week alongside a team known for its warm in-office camaraderie in picturesque Albany, Oregon.

Job Specifics
- 4-day work week
- 1:1 designated Medical Assistant support per provider
- 10-20 patients per day
- $3,000 CME year med-mal and tail insurance

Job Requirements
- Some NP/PA experience required
- Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team-oriented
- Eligibility to work in the United States
