- JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
- Provides technical support to Clinical Engineering and Facilities departments by acting as data and business analyst for Engineering specific software applications. Oversees development, maintenance and delivery of application systems. Provides business, analytical, and design skills within assigned platform. Collaborates with stakeholders and peers to gather, translate and transform operational and regulatory requirements into effective technology solutions. Leads continuous process improvement and LEAN processes within the Engineering departments. Performs full-cycle purchasing and vendor management for departmental needs.
- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- Plant engineering oversees maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients and visitors through the installation, preventative maintenance and repair of building and grounds infrastructure and equipment.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
- Three (3) years experience in Information Technology required.
- Experience in Facilities, Clinical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
