The Role

We are looking for emotionally intelligent Housing Specialists to act as advocates and help people to improve and better their daily lives and experiences, within specified standards and timescales.
What You Will Do
- Ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all case management services in accordance with all program goals, targets, and performance outcomes
- Provide case management/substance abuse counseling/advocacy services to an assigned caseload
- Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate the client recovery/rehabilitation process
- Making appropriate interventions as needed and contributing to the healthy integrity of the therapeutic/program environment
- Providing individual and group counseling
Who You Will Be
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, Associates acceptable in lieu of experience.
- Minimum of three years of DHS Shelter case management supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of CARES required
Salary : $50,000
