Position Summary
The Per Diem Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to licensed counseling staff on an a weekly or biweekly basis. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and compliant mental health services in alignment with organizational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to assigned staff, including case consultation and treatment planning support.
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
- Support clinicians in managing complex cases, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements (including HIPAA), and best practices in service delivery.
- Offer guidance on culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality assurance activities as needed.
- Collaborate with program leadership to address clinical concerns and staff development needs.
- Maintain appropriate supervision records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current, active licensure in the state of practice (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical documentation standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
