Care Attendant: Part-time (PCA) - Samaritan Bethany

Care Attendant - CNA Certificate preferred but not required

Available Shift = Part-time, or On-Call :

Part-Time-

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday (2:00pm-9:00pm)
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:00am-6:00pm)

On-Call Requirement =

• minimum of three (3) shifts per month
• one (1) shift must be a Saturday or Sunday
• one (1) Holiday per year

Wage Range: $18.67-$22.79, we honor based on years of relevant experience

Job description:

As a care attendant at Samaritan Bethany, you will:

• Pass medications and perform treatments such as applying compression socks to residents following the electronic medical record system.
• Assist residents based on their resident-directed care plan with personal cares such as; bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers and responds to resident call-lights
• Document care provided in resident’s electronic medical record system.
• Provide other duties including order and cleanliness in resident rooms and work areas, operate equipment, and service meals to residents.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred certification with MN Nursing Assistant Registry (CNA). If not certified, we can assist you to obtain certification.
