Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, including poaching, braising, grilling, and food preparation techniques.

- Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene practices at all times.
- Support catering events and large-volume food production with efficiency and quality control.
- Maintain kitchen organization, stock ingredients, and assist with inventory management.
- Serve meals promptly while providing excellent customer service and adhering to food industry standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
- Strong culinary skills including food preparation, poaching, braising, grilling, and general cooking techniques.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with food safety management practices.
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and high-volume production environments.
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling protocols.
- Background in restaurant or fine dining settings with an emphasis on quality service.
