- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy and care
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests, vendors, and team members across multi-line phone systems
- Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed
