Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Upsell products by demonstrating knowledge of promotions and new items.
- Maintain an organized and appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising techniques.
- Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring product availability for customers.
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications
