Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and answer incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments with accurate data entry
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with general billing inquiries
- Manage patient check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with privacy standards
- Assist patients with intake forms and ensure all documentation is complete
- Coordinate with therapists to manage schedules and support patient needs
- Monitor and restock office supplies; ensure office equipment is functioning properly
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, and organizing
- Provide additional support as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly
