General Duties:
- Sam's Italian Bakery bakes bread, crusts and dough balls.
- Learning all aspects of the bakery including but not limited to mixing dough, shaping dough, panning dough, baking and packing.
- Helping with managing incoming orders.
- Helping with loading delivery trucks.
- Learning all aspects of the bakery.
This is an overnight shift!
