What are the responsibilities and job description for the Servers position at Sam's Graces Cafe?
Busy Cafe in downtown Petoskey is currently hiring servers. Morning and Afternoon shifts.
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, HOLIDAYS and during peak season periods.
Responsibilities include:
- Seating guests
- Taking orders
- Serving guests food and beverages including alcoholic beverages in a friendly and positive manner
- Professional Table Side Wine Service
- Pre-Bussing
- Cleaning up after guests
- Washing and polishing glasses during and after shift
- Maintaining a clean, organized, sanitary environment at all times
- Daily inventory
- Closing and cleaning of cafe, bathrooms and bar area at the end of each shift
- Maintaining knowledge of food and wine/spirit menus
- Adhering to all Employee Policies without wavering
- Servesafe certified in Alcohol service
