- Train and instruct associates on food preparation, quality assurance, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Manage food and equipment inventories, including ordering, receiving, storing, and rotating products according to company policies.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and deposit preparation.
- Lead daily team meetings, supervise food station setup, restocking, and cleanup to ensure consistent customer service.
- Foster associate development through mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Proven experience in supervising and developing teams within a food service environment.
