What you'll do...
- 7 years of experience leading and managing teams at an enterprise/multi-unit scale.
- Develop and implement regional talent management strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
- Oversee execution of HR policies, programs, and compliance to ensure consistent application across the region.
- Analyze regional data to identify performance trends, talent gaps, and develop action plans to address them.
- Lead change management initiatives by aligning operational goals with HR strategies and communicating plans effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support workforce development, succession planning, and associate engagement.
- Monitor regional performance against plans, driving continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
- Driving outcomes vs. executing programs.
- Proven experience in developing and executing regional talent management and workforce planning strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in analyzing data to identify performance trends and implement effective action plans.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements at the regional level.
