What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Follow up with customers before and after their dealership visit
- Coordinate sold vehicle deliveries with customers and the sales team
- Ensure sold vehicles are detailed, fueled, inspected, and delivery-ready
- Work with the detail department to prioritize vehicle preparation
- Assist the Finance & Insurance department with organizing deal paperwork and required delivery documents
- Verify all paperwork is complete prior to customer delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes
- Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, administrative, automotive, BDC, or sales support experience is preferred but not required
