What You'll Do
Respond to customers who inquire online, by phone, or by text about vehicles
Answer basic questions and provide helpful information
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
Follow up with interested customers to see if they’d like to come in
Work closely with our sales team to ensure customers have a great experience
How You Earn
This position offers a base pay plus performance bonuses.
You’ll earn additional pay for:
Customers Who Show Up To Their Scheduled Appointment
Customers who purchase a vehicle after their appointment
Your effort and communication skills directly impact how much you can earn.

Friendly and confident communicating with people
Comfortable talking on the phone, texting, and emailing customers
Organized and able to follow up with multiple customers
Motivated by performance incentives
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
