Position: Full-Time Field Position, Year Round

Service Area: Chattanooga, Red Bank, Signal Mountain, Hixson, and surrounding North Hamilton County

No previous landscaping experience is required. Character, work ethic, and a willingness to learn matter far more than experience.

What You'll Do

You'll receive structured, hands-on training while working alongside experienced teammates in services including:

• Lawn & landscape maintenance
• Mulch and pine straw installation
• Plantings and landscape enhancements
• Shrub pruning and seasonal cleanups
• Pressure & soft washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Christmas light installation and removal
• Firewood processing and delivery
• Equipment operation and maintenance
• Customer service
• Digital work orders, routing, and modern service systems

• Have a background including a disqualifying conviction involving a crime of moral turpitude, subject to applicable law and consistent screening practices.
