Some Job Duties Include:
Greeting each guest and directing them accordingly
Work in Campus Connect to see FYE Peer Mentor appointment availability
Answering the phone at the front desk
Assist FYE Peer Mentors with office needs, such as making copies, handling office supplies.
Assist with gathering information for First-Year Experience Programs
Assist with Student orgs.
Assist with new hire paperwork for FYE peer mentors and UNIV 1101 Instructors
Issue laptops
Events – room reservations
Other job duties as assigned.
