Teaching duties will included primarily face-to-face undergraduate content courses for elementary, middle grades, and secondary mathematics teacher programs, as well as online graduate courses in support of the MA in Mathematics.
Degree Requirements
Candidates must have a Masters degree or equivalent in mathematics**and**hold a Doctorate in mathematics education
Experience Requirements
Scholarly activity, teaching, and service are required. Candidates need a strong mathematics background and have evidence of a research agenda in mathematics education. In addition, a strong foundation for excelling in both face-to-face and online teaching strategies is required.
Other Requirements For The Position
K-12 teaching experience is strongly preferred.
