What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Maintenance Person Needed position at Sam Galloway Ford Inc?
Sam Galloway Ford is looking for an individual that is self motivated, capable of heavy lifting and able to operate a fork lift.
Daily Requirements Will Be
Clean all shop floors
Empty garbage pails
Empty and refill mop buckets for all technicians weekly
Clean employee lunch room, wipe down counters and make sure garbage and recyclables are put where needed.
Check and restock restrooms in shop area as well as customer lounges
Clean sinks and water coolers in technician areas
Your position will consist of doing what is needed to keep our work areas and customer lounges looking their best and clean from debris for safety.
Candidate must be able to pass a background check, and have a clean Florida Drivers License.
