Schedule:

12-hour rotating schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Night shift receives a 10% shift differential

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)

✔ Only 7 working days in a 14-day pay period

This schedule allows for extended time off between shifts, helping support a healthy work-life balance.

What You'll Do

Machine Operators work in one of several departments producing copper products used around the world.

Depending on the department, you may:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Handle copper materials and load machines
• Inspect products for quality standards
• Assist with machine setup and adjustments
• Work alongside experienced trainers to learn specialized equipment

What We're Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals who want to build a career in manufacturing.

Helpful experience includes:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Experience using gauging equipment (micrometers, calipers)
• Overhead crane or forklift operation
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

This position requires physical activity including:

• Lifting up to 60 lbs
• Pushing or pulling up to 150 lbs
• Standing, bending, walking, and climbing during shifts
• Operating heavy handheld tools used to straighten copper

Additional Information

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and physical
• Must be able to work 8–12 hour shifts and rotating schedules
