Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the automotive detailing team, ensuring efficient and high-quality services.
- Develop and implement detailing processes to achieve superior results and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles to meet dealership and customer standards.
- Maintain an organized and well-equipped detailing facility.
- Train, mentor, and motivate detailing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and control inventory of detailing supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the Service and Sales departments to ensure timely delivery of detailed vehicles.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications - Detail Manager:
- Auto dealership experience is required. 4 - 5 years previous experience in automotive detailing and a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of detailing products, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification in automotive detailing or related field is a plus.
