The Role: Client Success Assistant
We are seeking a Client Success Assistant to join our case management team.
This entry-level role offers hands-on training and strong growth potential. You will work directly with Client Success Managers and attorneys to develop cases and support clients through what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives.

What You’ll Do
- Open and organize new case files while managing existing files
- Request medical records, provider bills, police reports, and other key evidence
- Communicate with insurance companies to open claims, verify coverage, and confirm liability decisions
- Support the assigned Manager with client communication; confirming medical appointments, and identifying and resolving case delays
- Assist with preparing exhibits and settlement demand packages
