Sam & Ash Injury Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity for a motivated plaintiff’s attorney to manage cases, work directly with clients, negotiate with insurance carriers, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Develop case strategy and move cases forward efficiently
- Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and settlement value
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients
- Prepare demand packages, settlement evaluations, and other case-related documents
- Maintain organized files and meet all deadlines
- Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and firm leadership
- Identify issues early and take appropriate action to protect the client’s interests
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Nevada or California Bar membership in good standing
- Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, writing, and communication skills
- Excellent legal judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused approach
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $150,000 , depending on experience
