Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Matrimonial/Family Law Associate, with opportunities for some remote work. The associate will help manage busy family law practice, including divorce, custody, and support matters, from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include daily client communication, legal research, drafting pleadings and agreements, managing discovery and financial documents, deposition and trial prep. 2-5 years of matrimonial/family law experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior family law experience preferred
- Organized and detail oriented
