Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets across multiple operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows).
- Perform hardware repairs including soldering, component replacement, and equipment troubleshooting using hand tools and specialized equipment.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to identify faulty components and execute precise repairs on computer hardware and mobile devices.
- Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve operating system errors, software conflicts, or update issues.
- Provide technical support to customers in retail settings or on-site field service visits.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of mobile device components and peripherals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of repair procedures, parts used, and diagnostic results for quality assurance purposes.
- Stay current with new technologies related to mobile devices, operating systems, and repair techniques.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Android, iOS, macOS, Windows operating systems.
