The Salvation Army Midland Division Camp Mihaska located in Bourbon, Missouri, is looking for a Dining/Dish Room Attendant. This position is expected to advance and support the Mission of The Salvation Army. This position performs a variety of dining room and kitchen duties as directed.
This position is a full-time, 40 hour a week position that pay $250 per week!
This position will start on June 01, 2026 - July 31, 2026.

Essential Functions
- Set up and prepare the dining room prior to each meal.
- Serve meals efficiently and courteously.
- Wash tables, sweep and mop the floor after each meal as assigned
- Operate in dish room and trash removal as assigned.
- Assist in the kitchen as assigned.
- Report problems with staff and campers to the lead cook.
- Adhere to and enforce camp policies and procedures.
- Be present at all meetings and programs unless otherwise directed.
- Work all camp rec rotations as assigned.
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards campers and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Comply with The Salvation Army Safe From Harm guidelines.
Education and Experience
- Good communication skills.
- Must be a team player and self-starter able to work with minimum supervision.
- Understand and support the goals and objectives of The Salvation Army Camp program.
- Capable of participating in camp activities.
- Frequently lifts 25 pounds, occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds and moves 50 or more pounds using dolly/cart/truck.
- Some work will be outdoors, and it will be hot in the summer.
