Salvage & Co Indy is looking for a Showroom Stylist & Customer Experience Associate to help bring our furniture showroom to life while delivering an excellent in-store experience for our customers.
This role is perfect for someone who has an eye for styling and staging furniture, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Style and stage furniture and home décor throughout the showroom to create an inviting, high-end look
- Help customers on the showroom floor with questions, product details, and purchases
- Maintain showroom organization, cleanliness, and visual appeal throughout the day
- Assist with merchandising new arrivals and re-styling displays as inventory changes
- Work closely with the team to support sales events, promotions, and showroom resets
- Represent the Salvage & Co Indy brand with warmth, professionalism, and energy
What We’re Looking For
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or interior styling/staging
- Strong visual eye and appreciation for home décor, furniture, and design
- Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
- Self-starter who can work independently and problem-solve on the floor
- Comfortable lifting and moving furniture with assistance when needed
- Weekend availability (Saturday) is required
