Executive Protection Operative (Security & Logistics)

Location: Miami, FL | Track: Director of Security (DOS) | Status: Full-Time

I. THE OBJECTIVE

High-level, low-profile, and highly proactive. We are seeking a Lead Operative capable of mastering the delicate balance between tactical readiness and corporate discretion. This role is not merely a field position; it is a deliberate developmental track for a professional looking to transition from execution into a Director-level management and oversight capacity within an elite boutique firm.

II. THE MISSION

Salus International Consulting provides the "invisible architecture" of security for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and family offices. We deliver a seamless, high-intelligence layer that integrates into our Principals' lifestyles without being intrusive. We do not just provide safety; we facilitate sovereignty.

III. THE ROLE & TRAJECTORY

This is a Miami-based operational role. While the initial focus remains on secure transportation and logistical execution within the Miami grid, you will be trained in the broader Salus Standard of oversight.

This position is a direct pipeline to a Director of Security (DOS) role. You will be expected to:

• Manage the Principal’s physical and digital space.

• Conduct in-depth jurisdictional and international advances.

• Utilize real-time intelligence tools to mitigate risk before it reaches the perimeter.

IV. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Oversight: Maintain the Principal’s physical and digital security footprint with absolute precision.

• Logistical Mastery: Execute secure transportation with a "smooth is fast" philosophy across the Miami/South Beach corridor.

• Intelligence & Advance: Lead thorough advances for all travel, venues, and transit paths.

• Environment Management: Ensure vehicle and residential environments remain in "showroom" condition, with all Principal preferences proactively prepared.

• Tactical Infrastructure: Deploy geo-fencing and real-time monitoring protocols to ensure uninterrupted mobility.

V. PROFESSIONAL GROWTH & SUPPLEMENTAL REVENUE

• Agency Project Exposure: During Principal downtime, the Operative will be prioritized for supplemental assignments within the broader Salus portfolio.

• Director Track Training: These assignments are designed to expose the Operative to the full spectrum of agency operations (International Logistics, Intelligence, and Business Operations) to accelerate the path to DOS.

VI. THE BASELINE (QUALIFICATIONS)

• Experience: Proven UHNW or Family Office experience is strongly preferred.

• Background: Military Veteran or LEO status is strongly preferred.

• Licensure: Florida D & G Licenses must be active and in good standing.

• Soft Skills: Elite interpersonal skills; the ability to transition from a 5-star social environment to a tactical briefing seamlessly.

• Hard Skills: Advanced/Defensive Driving certification (preferred); intuitive mastery of logistics.

• Mindset: Extreme punctuality; a "15-minutes-early is late" operational standard.

• Records: Clean Florida driving record and impeccable background.
