Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tampa, FL, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, and offering customized safety solutions. Key tasks will include managing sales cycles, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to achieve company goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in identifying client needs, business development, and managing end-to-end sales processes
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and building client rapport
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities, including persuasive negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Knowledge of the safety industry, first aid, or safety compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for client site visits
