A busy, well-established family-owned restaurant group is seeking a Dining Room Manager to help lead our front-of-house team at Salty Cow Riverside Tavern.
This role focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience while managing service and supporting the FOH team in a fast-paced full-service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead dining room operations during service
- Support and coach servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Ensure strong service standards and guest satisfaction
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage
- Use and manage the POS system for daily operations
- Help train and develop front-of-house team members
Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling preferred
- Ability to lead a team during busy services
