Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and expedite food orders from the kitchen to the dining area
- Ensure timely delivery of food to customers
- Assist in food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent service under pressure
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Basic cooking skills are a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
