What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Saltu Legal?
Saltu is working with select litigation associates in D.C. who are considering a strategic lateral move in early 2026 - whether complex commercial, appellate, white collar, L&E, or general litigation. We understand the nuances of litigation groups: trial experience, courtroom exposure, substantive writing opportunities, and long-term advancement paths.
We help associates evaluate strong on-market opportunities and also develop a tailored plan to find or create off-market roles before they're posted (and before the applicant pool gets crowded).
