What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Associate position at Saltu Legal?
Saltu is working with select corporate associates in Atlanta who are considering a strategic lateral move in early 2026 - whether in M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, or general corporate. We understand the nuances of corporate groups: deal teams, workflow, culture, comp structures, and partnership tracks.
We help associates evaluate strong on-market opportunities and also develop a tailored plan to find or create off-market roles before they're posted (and before the applicant pool gets crowded).
