Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Helper. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our shop, including assembling and disassembling hvac equipment then washing/drying. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, as well as mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly of equipment using hand and power tools
- Disassemble equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory of supplies and materials
- Operate a forklift to move equipment and materials within the warehouse ( we will certify you)
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Keep the shop clean and organized
Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools for assembly and fabrication
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus
