- Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers across the Northeast
- Build strong partner and end-user relationships
- Support field sales and meet customers regularly
- Drive pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and regional execution
- 5-10 years proven sales leadership experience
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Channel sales experience (integrators, resellers, Business Partners/NBPs)
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Ability to travel throughout the Northeast
